Committees

Waterford Committees

The Waterford HOA Board seeks guidance and suggestions from various committees as a way to include residents in the decision making process. If you have a level of expertise in any of these areas or a desire to help, please feel free to contact the board to volunteer to help out on a committee. Committees are managed by the HOA Vice President.

Social Committee

The Social Committee tirelessly works to bring our community together with fun activities for children & adults.  Annual Santa and Easter Bunny events are a neighborhood favorite. Movies on the Lawn, Food Truck Events, Restaurant Pick up events and community giving projects just to name a few.

Landscaping Committee

The landscaping committee is asked to assess the possibility of landscaping improvements for the Waterford green space including the Clearwater entrance, River Oak Trail entrance, and the landscaping around the clubhouse.

Pond Committee

The Waterford Ponds are a highly viable asset for the neighborhood that have a significant impact on the overall impression of the neighborhood. Extensive investments are required for the maintenance and upkeep of the pond.

Pool Committee

The swimming pool  is a valuable asset for the neighborhood. Many improvements have been completed in recent years thanks to the pool committee.

Constant Maintenance and Improvement are necessary to meet the high standards of our Waterford Residents.

Clubhouse Committee

The clubhouse is a valuable asset for the neighborhood. Small improvements in the décor have the potential to have a significant impact on the overall impression of the clubhouse.

Communications Committee

Communication is key when bringing the neighborhood together.  Searching for ways to keep the neighborhood informed of upcoming events and HOA business are important.
