Homeowners Board

Meet your Waterford HOA II Homeowners Association Board of Directors below. Board members are elected or, in the case of unanticipated resignations, appointed to serve. All officers are elected by vote of the Board. All board memberships are volunteer positions, and members are neither compensated nor receive any discounts or in-kind benefits in consideration for their time and service.

Your HOA Board members are responsible, among other things, for hiring and overseeing the Property Management and Pool Management Companies as well as the HOA bookkeeper. Board Members meet once a month to discuss issues, management of funds, improvement opportunities, receive committee and property manager reports and allow community members the opportunity to provide concerns, comments and suggestions. If you are unable to attend the meeting but have a question or an issue you would like to be considered, please feel free to email your Board at the following addresses or by clicking here to send your message to all board members at once.
