The Pool and clubhouse have been changed over to a FOB entry system in which each address will receive Two (2) FOBs. These fobs will allow you access to the pool during pool hours and the clubhouse during paid rental times only.
The FOB’s used to enter the pool are the same as last year. If you have your FOB from last year and you’ve paid your HOA dues, you don’t need to do anything else.
If you have lost them or cannot locate them they can be purchased for $15 each. You must contact the management company to set up a time to get a replacement FOB. If you never received your FOB last year, then you must sign the FOB agreement and pick them up. You can schedule an appointment by contacting our property management company.

We’re happy to help you in organizing your event, and need to know in advance to maintain a safe environment. If you are organizing a party (any event with more than 5 outside guests), please fill out the Pool Party Form and send it to our management company.
A non-refundable charge of $150 is required for parties with over 15 guests, including guardians. Max number of guests allowed, including guardians, is 30. All parties for children 6 and under are required to have one guardian per child.
All pool party requests must be submitted and approved prior to date of event. Failure to do so will result in an automatic $150 fine. Bringing more guests than annotated on this form will result in an additional $150 Fine. Lifeguards reserve the right to dismiss the party due to non-compliant behavior.
