Waterford Pool Entry FOBs
The Pool and clubhouse have been changed over to a FOB entry system in which each address will receive Two (2) FOBs. These fobs will allow you access to the pool during pool hours and the clubhouse during paid rental times only.
The FOB’s used to enter the pool are the same as last year. If you have your FOB from last year and you’ve paid your HOA dues, you don’t need to do anything else.
If you have lost them or cannot locate them they can be purchased for $15 each. You must contact the property management company to set up a time to get a replacement FOB. If you never received your FOB last year, then you must sign the FOB agreement and pick them up. You can schedule an appointment by contacting our property management company.

Outside Memberships
We are pleased to announce that the Waterford Board of Directors would like to open pool memberships for non-residents to purchase family passes for the 2023 pool season! The Waterford Pool is professionally staffed with lifeguards and your membership will start when the pool is opened on Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
The 2023 passes will only be open to 10 nonresidents, and family passes will be $1,000 for the entire season. If you are interested in moving forward, please contact the property management company, and complete the outside pool membership application. Please note that memberships are on a first come, first serve basis. Payment should be made out to “Waterford HOA” and can be mailed or dropped off to Community Management Associates LLC. At 1795 Alysheba Way Suite 3103 Lexington, KY 40509. Upon remittance, members will receive two (2) Fobs allowing access for the pool season.
