All Residents are welcome to attend monthly Board meetings, normally scheduled on the third Wednesday, every other month. Most of our meetings are at the clubhouse (4080 Clearwater Way) or via zoom as noted below and beginning at 6:00 pm, ending by 7:30 pm. We urge all our neighbors to attend and participate, your concerns, comments and suggestions matter, and they are always welcome. The Board welcomes your input on developing policies, managing expenditures and scheduling activities that will continue to improve Waterford as a desirable place to live and raise our families!
If you are unable to attend the meeting, but have a question or an issue you would like to be considered, please feel free to email your board by clicking here to send your message. Please note that questions submitted less than 24 hours prior to a meeting may not be addressed at that meeting if extensive research is required. Submitting questions 3-5 days prior to the meeting would be very helpful.
