Waterford Clubhouse Rental
Think of your Waterford Clubhouse as the perfect place to host your holiday parties, celebrations and special events! Certified for up to 100 occupants, our spacious and newly-renovated clubhouse is an excellent choice for graduation parties, wedding showers and receptions, banquets, and many more types of events. Time slots fill up quickly, and it’s never too early to book your special event!
Please note to be eligible to rent the Waterford Clubhouse, you must be a Waterford resident in good standing with the Association. The Waterford Clubhouse is not available to rent for non-residents of Waterford.
Clubhouse Rental Process
| Step 1: | Download and read through the PDF fillable Clubhouse Rental Contract (recommended). It is very important that you understand the conditions for a rental. |
| Step 2: | Select an open date from the Clubhouse Rental Calendar below. Open rental days are shown in green. |
| Step 3: | Fill out the booking form below the calendar. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email with additional instructions. |
| Step 4: | The HOA staff will review the requested reservation date and reply to you by email confirming your approval or denial. |

Once you have received your “Pending Approval” email, you will be responsible for preparing the required Rental Package, including:

Deliver the Rental Package by one of the following methods within seven (7) days of your approval:

| Step 7: | Once the Rental Package is received and approved, you will receive an approval email. |
| Step 8: | Enjoy our community clubhouse. |
