Waterford Clubhouse Rental
Think of your Waterford Clubhouse as the perfect place to host your holiday parties, celebrations and special events! Certified for up to 100 occupants, our spacious and newly-renovated clubhouse is an excellent choice for graduation parties, wedding showers and receptions, banquets, and many more types of events. Time slots fill up quickly, and it’s never too early to book your special event!
Please note to be eligible to rent the Waterford Clubhouse, you must be a Waterford resident in good standing with the Association. The Waterford Clubhouse is not available to rent for non-residents of Waterford.
Please visit your homeowner portal to access the amenity calendar, view reservation bookings, and submit reservation requests.
- BOOKING A RESERVATION
1. Download and fill out the application
2. Login to your homeowner portal, fill out the reservation request, upload the application (using the upload button just above the Submit button), and hit submit.
3. Check your email for a confirmation.
4. If your reservation is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions, and your homeowner account will be charged for the rental and the deposit.
5. Once your reservation is approved and your account is charged, you can pay via your homeowner portal or by check.
NOTE: We have an instructional video in your portal under “How-To Videos” if further assistance is needed.
If no application is attached, the request will be denied.
