There is no denying that the summer of 2020 will be different than any other summer. Your HOA Board of Directors are sympathetic, but at the same time we need to uphold the deed restrictions for the neighborhood. Hence, the HOA Board would like to remind all Waterford residents that above ground pools are a violation of the neighborhood deed restrictions, stating that structures that are temporary in nature are not allowed. At the same time, we would like to recognize that an inflatable pool is not a violation. To clarify the difference between the two, an above ground pool is held up with a structure and an inflatable pool is held up with air.
