In 2018 the HOA Board adopted a snow plan in order to ensure, consistent with resource availability, reasonable trafficability of streets in the neighborhood during significant snowfall events. A tiered approach was adopted, in which only the most vulnerable streets will be plowed during moderate snowfall events, and all streets will be plowed during heavy snowfall events.
