We are looking forward to the start of the 2022 pool season, and are excited to announce that the pool will open a little earlier than expected on Friday, May 27 at 11am so we can kick off the Memorial Day weekend early!
REMINDER: The Pool and clubhouse have been changed over to a FOB entry system in which each address will receive Two (2) FOBs. These fobs will allow you access to the pool during pool hours and the clubhouse during paid rental times only. All Waterford residents in good standing with the Association are eligible for pool membership.
We will continue to distribute FOBs during the following events at the dates and times indicated below:
Friday, 5/20 @ Food Truck Friday – 6:00-9:00pm
Friday, 5/27 @ at opening weekend and family movie night – 11am-9pm (extended hours)
Saturday, 5/28 and Sunday, 5/29 @ opening weekend – 11am-5pm (updated hours)
Please ensure that you bring the fob application (received via mail or downloaded here) and your pool membership agreement (downloaded here) when retrieving your FOBs as without these forms you will not be authorized to retrieve your FOBs.

PLEASE NOTE: All fobs not retrieved at the dates above will need to arrange pick up at the CMA office with our property manager at ashley@cmaky.com. The option to mail FOBs with delivery confirmation is available at the homeowners’ expense.
